I ordered a funeral arrangment to be delivered last Friday. It was a very small order but the arrangement was so special and I wanted to thank your staff for the thought and caring they displayed with the arrangement. The lady who took the order totally understood what I was trying to convey and she translated into flowers and a butterfly what I couldn't find the words to express. I can't thank you enough.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you now what an excellent job was done on the flowers I received today. I work for a local animal hospital who orders flowers for staff on their birthdays and for clients who have lost a pet. Yesterday was my birthday and the girls ordered flowers for me. I was stunned at just how gorgeous they were? I had ordered and also received flowers from another local florist for mothers day and my daughters first day at her new job just a few weeks ago, and the flowers we received were fine, but your flowers were exceptional! The arrangement I received was exactly as pictured on your web page and was extremely artfully done! I will no longer use any other florist for my flower needs. You have proven your outstanding ability to deliver a beautiful artful arrangement that everyone will be proud to send as well receive.

I wanted to send a Thank you to you and your staff. You always send out "thank yous" for your customers but it’s time to return the favor. Today I ordered flowers for my young daughter who had been in a car accident last evening. The insurance company was not cooperating and she needed some support quick. I no longer live nearby and thought that flowers and a bear would be perfect to help her get through the day. I called and placed the order and asked if it could get there as soon as possible. Little did I know that 90 minutes later my daughter was receiving my support with the outstanding help of your staff. It was just what she needed and it was made possible by your efforts. We ordered flowers, balloons and a bear to be delivered after another delivery from another company was left on the door step and then stolen. Someone took the time to deliver this order right before closing time and sang her Happy Birthday. Thanks for caring about your customers!! For our next order, I will definitely call you again. I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I was with your service. I called on Tuesday, the 13th, to have some flowers delivered to a friend at her office. I don't recall who helped me that day, but he explained that there was a storm and he didn't know if they would get out that day. I knew Wednesday would be busy, as it was Valentine's Day, so I scheduled to have them delivered today, Thursday, the 15th. I called my friend this morning and found out she did not go into the office. I am in California, so it was already after lunch there in MD. I immediately called the florist and Eric answered. He said the flowers were on the truck and on their way. Normally it would not have mattered if they had been delivered, but my friend will not be back in the office again until next Wednesday. Eric put me on hold, contacted the driver and told me they had not been delivered so he would have them delivered to her home in Annapolis tomorrow. Unfortunately, many places do not provide such good service. They would have said they are on the way and there is nothing we can do. I appreciate the time and effort it took to help me and to get the flowers to my friend. I will definitely recommend to my friends in the area to use Rainbow Florist, and I will call again as well
